Privacy policy

What Stakmotive collects (anonymous events and one cookie), what it does not collect, who processes data, your GDPR and CCPA rights, and how to contact us.

This policy explains what Stakmotive (“we”, “us”) does with information when you use stakmotive.com. We are FTSR LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, doing business as Stakmotive, 1250 Lincoln Way E, Suite 201, Massillon, OH 44646. Contact: FTSRmarketing@gmail.com.

What we collect on this site

Anonymous events. When you use the site we record basic events, such as a page view, a click on a call-to-action, starting or finishing a calculator, or the use of a share link. Each event is tied to a random identifier and not to your name or email address. Events let us see which pages and tools are useful in aggregate.

One cookie: aff_sid. We set a first-party cookie named aff_sid that holds a random session identifier. Its purpose is to connect the anonymous events from one visit so we can count visits and see which pages lead to a click on a link to HighLevel. It does not contain your name, email address or any information you type. It expires after 180 days.

Technical data. Our hosting and security providers process standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

Calculator inputs. Numbers you type into calculators are processed in your browser to show results. They are not sent to us unless you use a feature that says it saves or shares them. Share links encode your inputs in the web address so that the person you send the link to sees the same numbers; anyone who has the link can see them.

What we do not collect on our own systems

Our own infrastructure does not store names, email addresses, phone numbers or full quiz answers. We hold only pseudonymous identifiers, content, jobs and aggregate counts.

Forms and the quiz are hosted by HighLevel

When you submit a form, request a report by email or take the fit quiz, the form is provided by HighLevel, and the details you enter, such as your name and email, go into our HighLevel account, which is our system of record for contacts. HighLevel processes that information under its own privacy policy: HighLevel privacy policy. We use contact details only for the purpose you gave them, such as sending the report you asked for or replying to your message. Features that depend on HighLevel may be switched off at times, and they show a notice when they are.

If you click an affiliate link and visit HighLevel’s own site, HighLevel’s privacy policy applies to what happens there.

Who processes data for us

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and stores our anonymous events, acting as a processor on our behalf.
  • HighLevel processes contact details you submit through forms and the quiz.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. [OWNER AND LAWYER TO CONFIRM: whether other processors apply, for example email delivery or error monitoring.]

The aff_sid cookie is the only cookie we set. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so this version of the site does not show a cookie banner. If we add other cookies or tools, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep information

  • Anonymous events: kept for 13 months, then reduced to aggregate counts.
  • Contact details in HighLevel: kept for as long as needed for the purpose you gave them, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. [OWNER TO SET: retention period for contact records.]

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or similar regions, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your data protection authority. Our legal basis for the anonymous events is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used; for contact details, it is your consent or the request you made. [LAWYER TO COMPLETE: confirm legal bases and describe international transfers.]

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You will not be treated differently for using these rights.

To use any right, email FTSRmarketing@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Because our own systems hold only pseudonymous identifiers, we may not be able to link an anonymous event to you; if you have a contact record, we can search for and delete it in HighLevel.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including keeping contact details out of our own storage. No online service is completely secure.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the last review.
