Software stack savings calculator

For businesses paying for several separate tools who want an honest range, not a headline number, for what moving to one platform would save or cost.

Tools you pay for

Enter each tool's total monthly cost (all seats), in US dollars. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

Tool 1

Default: Not yet verified against HighLevel's own feature documentation, so treated as partial to avoid overstating savings. Change it per line if you have checked.

The replacement

Required: we do not assume a price for you. See dated plan prices.Use a HighLevel list price (checked 2026-10-31): 0–5,000 / month.

Results

Add at least one tool with its monthly cost, and the replacement's monthly cost, to see a savings range.

How this is calculated
current total = sum of all monthly costs
likely = sum of tools marked “likely replaced”
partial = sum of tools marked “partly covered”
retired = likely × share you will actually cancel
low = retired − replacement cost (partly covered tools kept)
high = retired + partial × 0.5 − replacement (half of partly covered retired)
per year = monthly × 12

Questions

Why is the result a range?

Tools that are only partly covered by a replacement may or may not be cancellable. The low case keeps them all; the high case assumes you cancel half their cost.

Why are no categories marked “likely replaced” by default?

We only pre-mark a category once we have checked it against the vendor’s own feature documentation. Until then every default is “partly covered” or “not replaced”, so the tool never overstates savings. You can change any line.

Is anything I type sent anywhere?

No. The maths runs in your browser. A shared link carries your inputs in the URL; nothing is stored on our side.
