HighLevel white label: what you can brand, what you can't

What HighLevel's white label covers: app domain, API domain, email sending domain, client portal and mobile app, what it costs, and the setup steps.

Short answer

HighLevel's white label covers the login and app URL of the desktop app, the domain for system-generated links, the email sending domain, the client portal and, with a paid subscription, a mobile app under your name. It does not make HighLevel invisible everywhere, and each piece is set up separately.

HighLevel’s white label covers the login and app URL of the desktop app, the domain used for system-generated links, the email sending domain, the client portal and, with a paid subscription, a mobile app under your name. It does not make HighLevel invisible everywhere, and each piece is set up separately. This guide lists what each setting brands, what the sources say it costs and the steps to set it up, as read from HighLevel’s pages on 2026-10-31.

How we researched this

We have not set up a white-labelled HighLevel agency. This guide is built from HighLevel’s help center and pricing page, with the “modified” dates shown by HighLevel noted in the source list. What can you white label in HighLevel?

Piece What it brands Where you set it Source
Whitelabel domain Login and app URL (for example app.youragency.com), your logo, your Privacy Policy and Terms links Agency View, Settings, Company, Whitelabel [1][2]
API or branded domain System-generated links: forms, surveys, calendars Agency View, Settings, Company Settings (default); optional per sub-account under Business Profile, Branded Domain [2]
Email sending domain The authenticated domain mail is sent from via LC Email Agency or sub-account, Settings, Email Services, Dedicated Domain [2]
Sites domain Public URLs for websites, funnels, stores and blogs Sub-account, Settings, Domains [2]
Client portal domain A branded URL for the portal (communities, courses, affiliates, memberships) Sub-account, Sites, Client Portal, Settings [2]
Mobile app Your own iOS and Android app: icon, logos, colors, fonts, navigation, store listing Agency view, Mobile App [4]

Two details trip people up. First, the white-label domain only covers the login and app URL; links that go out in emails and texts use the API domain, which is a separate setting [1]. Second, HighLevel’s own SaaS setup checklist (see SaaS mode) sets up the white-label domain and then the API domain, in that order [5].

What you cannot assume it covers

HighLevel’s SaaS setup guide says white labeling removes all traces of HighLevel branding [5]. The setup articles, though, describe what each individual setting brands, so check the result yourself before you promise customers a complete rebrand. From the pages we read:

  • The white-label domain article lists the login and app URL, logo and legal links as the branded items. It does not mention a favicon or other elements [1].
  • Sender identity for text messages is not covered in the pages we read. We did not find an official statement on it, so we make no claim either way.
  • Plan requirements for the domain settings are not stated in the two domain articles [1][2].

If a brand detail matters to you, check it in a trial account before you tell customers it is white-labelled.

How much does HighLevel white label cost?

Item Cost Source
White label domain, API domain, email sending domain No HighLevel charge stated in the help articles; you pay for your own domain registration and DNS [1][2]
White label mobile app (add-on) $497/month on the pricing page; $497/month or $1,491/quarter in the help center pricing guide [3][6]
White label mobile app, Enterprise plan Included in purchase [3]
Custom Agency App subscription (customizer article) Monthly or Quarterly; the article itself states no price [4]
Branded Client Portal App (add-on) $49/month per sub-account [3]

The three HighLevel pages line up. The pricing page lists the white label mobile app at $497 a month [3]. The help center’s pricing guide lists it at $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter [6]. The customizer article says a Custom Agency App subscription, Monthly or Quarterly, is needed to build and publish the app [4]. Treat those as HighLevel’s published figures on 2026-10-31 and confirm the price on the checkout screen. To compare the add-on against the plans, see HighLevel’s current plans and add-onsaffiliate (opens HighLevel in a new tab).

Set-up steps

White-label domain

  1. Create a CNAME record at your DNS provider. Use a subdomain such as app as the host and whitelabel.ludicrous.cloud as the target [1].
  2. In HighLevel go to Agency View, Settings, Company, Whitelabel, Whitelabel Domain. Enter the full subdomain and click Update [1].
  3. Upload your logo (about 350x180 px and under 2.5 MB is recommended) and add your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions URLs [1].
  4. Wait for DNS, then open your address and check the login page. SSL is issued automatically [1].

Notes: if you use Cloudflare, set the record to DNS only, not proxied. Use a subdomain, not the root domain. To change the domain later, clear the existing field, click Update Company, then enter the new one [1].

API domain and email sending domain

Set the API domain in Company Settings (agency default) or under a sub-account’s Business Profile, Branded Domain (override), and use a subdomain for it [2]. For email, add a dedicated sending domain under Settings, Email Services, Dedicated Domain, add the DNS records HighLevel shows, then return to HighLevel to verify [2]. HighLevel recommends a subdomain if your root domain is already used elsewhere, and says records for one domain type should not be reused for another [2].

Mobile app

  1. Open Mobile App in Agency view and enter the app name and domain [4].
  2. Upload branding under Customisation, then set the login screen, navigation and app drawer [4].
  3. Complete the store listing and connect App Store Connect and Google Play Console [4].
  4. Choose a Monthly or Quarterly subscription, create the app, generate a build and release it [4].

Store review timelines are set by Apple and Google, not HighLevel.

Who this suits, and who should skip it

White label suits agencies that will put HighLevel in front of clients or sell it as software, where a branded login matters (see the SaaS mode guide). If that is you, open a HighLevel accountaffiliate (opens HighLevel in a new tab) and start with the domain step, for which the help articles state no HighLevel charge [1][2]. If clients never log in, the domain step is optional and the mobile app is probably a cost you do not need. If you want a fully private-label product with no vendor trace anywhere, test what remains visible before committing.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Domain branding is a DNS record plus a few settings [1].
  • Each piece is set separately, so you can start with the domain and add the app later [2][4].
  • A branded app is available through a self-service customizer [4].

Cons

  • Branding is split across several settings, and links in messages need a second domain [1].
  • The branded mobile app is a separate paid add-on outside Enterprise: $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter [3][6].
  • Plan requirements for domain settings are not stated in the help articles [1][2].

You can check these settings inside a trial. HighLevel’s pricing page shows a 14-day free trial on any plan, says billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel, and says usage-based fees may apply during the trial [3]. When you are ready, start the 14-day trialaffiliate (opens HighLevel in a new tab) and set up the white-label domain first.

Add-on prices were read on 2026-10-31. HighLevel's own page is the source of truth.

Questions

What can you white label in GoHighLevel?

The desktop app login and app URL, via a white-label domain with your logo and legal links [1]; system-generated links such as forms and calendars, via an API or branded domain [2]; email sending, via a dedicated sending domain [2]; the client portal, via its own domain [2]; and the mobile app, through a paid subscription [3][4].

Is the white label mobile app extra?

Yes, unless you are on Enterprise. HighLevel's pricing page lists 'White label mobile app' as an add-on at $497/month and says it is included in the Enterprise plan [3]. The help center's pricing guide gives the same app as '$497/mo or $1491/quarter' [6], and the customizer article says building and publishing needs a Custom Agency App subscription, Monthly or Quarterly [4]. Check the price at checkout in your account before you commit.

Do I need a special plan for a white label domain?

HighLevel's domain-setup articles do not state a plan requirement for the white-label domain or the other domain types [1][2]. Confirm on the pricing page and in your account.

Does the white label domain brand my emails and text links?

No. HighLevel says the white-label domain brands only the login and app URL; links in emails and SMS such as forms, surveys and calendars need the separate API domain [1].

How long does white label domain setup take?

The DNS step is a CNAME record, and HighLevel's article says changes may take up to 30 minutes; SSL is issued automatically once DNS points to the right target [1].
